a find. My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary at this lovely
cabin and have found a vacation home from now on. The cabin was in
perfect order and everything was great. The woods were beautiful
and being right on a creek (I mean right on, you could fish from
the hot tub if you wanted to) was wonderful. They had a good stock
of movies and games for the rainy nights (plus satellite TV) My wife
wanted to move in on the spot, heh.
I cannot wait to share this with my family and friends. You will

We had such a good time at "Up The Creek" this past weekend.

the creek all the time, and the rain late Sunday night added more
pleasant sounds. I
never left the property the whole time except for a couple of short
walks on some of the roads in the vicinity. Don't

night prior to calling you, we must have searched 100 cabin rentals,
until we stumbled upon yours at "up the creek". It seemed
to be exactly what we wanted ... small, private, hot tub and on a
creek. When I phoned you, you were extremely helpful in making the
reservations and even offered some dinner suggestions. I took your
advise and tried to book Chef Doug. Prior to leaving for our trip
Saturday morning, I learned via email that Doug was not available.
Although disappointed, we headed out only to get a mile from home
and a strap gave way causing my motorcycle to fall causing about
$1500 damage. A few deep breathes later, we resumed our journey.
After delaying our trip more than 2 hours and 4 cycle shops later
to purchase parts for our broken motorcycle, we arrived at the gate.
My Range Rover was finally glad to be used for something other than
highway purposes as we approached the cabin. Upon arriving and taking
a walk thru, we realized we could not have chosen a better place
to celebrate our anniversary. My wife thought I had been so thoughtful
when she saw the cake and flowers, I paused for a moment wondering
if I should claim this as my doing, but I did not and was grateful
later when she read thru the previous pages of visitor comments and
understanding that this is common for anniversaries. The cabin is
decorated simply but cutely and the new deck fits the cabin perfectly.
The fall colors are beautiful particularly on our ride along the
Oceee river this morning. It is obvious that you have put so much
more time and energy into preparation for dining, to do, and cabin
information than anywhere we have ever stayed. As we sat in the hot
tub saturday night listening to the roar of the creek, I reminded
my wife that this time 1 week prior, I was at MGM in Vegas and not
as comfortable.
We truly enjoyed our short stay at "up the creek" and look
forward to visiting again. Thank you for the cake and flowers, it
was unexpected and truly thoughtful for you to make those arrangements.
We left today with my wife searching thru real estate magazines for
